I was unable to open an older safe and we had the combination.   The original locksmith we called referred us to Old Glory Locksmith when they saw pics of the safe. Recently received a safe from a family member. Combo they gave us didn’t work, though they told us it was correct and it always worked for them.  Found Old Glory Locksmith online.  Perfect 5 star rating with tons of positive reviews.  Before setting up an appointment he walked us through some trouble shooting on the phone.  Turns out combo was correct just direction of turns were reversed.  We felt stupid. Cory was awesome (didn’t even laugh at us) and since it only took 5 minutes on the phone, didn’t charge us though we offered to pay. My safe was recently purchased used and, shortly after arriving home with it, the dial started to get very stiff and almost frozen. I called multiple brick-and-mortar locksmiths for diagnostic & repair advice. Every single one told me I'd be better off to junk my safe & but another one. I reached out to Cory through Facebook as a last ditch effort, only for him to tell me that not only did he think he could repair it, he was also mobile & would come to me!
